Why am I asked for a password when trying to open an SRF?

If you are prompted for a password when opening an SRF document, it is most likely because you have tried to open it from the 'Documents' tab or another document grid in the system.

In order to open an SRF, you must use the 'View' button that is located next to the SRF field of a job history/handover.

SRF documents are locked with an unknown password so that no one can open them externally or edit them. They must be opened from within the relevant location in TM, which ensures that only users with the correct permissions levels can access them.
