When a replication problem has occurred the cause can be both data or software related, but in many cases the problem is external and not related to Tm Master V2.
That is why we encourage all our customers to have a dedicated person that will be responsible for following up the replication, since a replication check is not part of the service agreement. If you still want us to check the replication for you, we will be invoicing you for this. We will require remote connection to the office and the ship. Please also send a PO for this job.
