A red ball indicates that the TM Master service is not running on the server. Please inform your IT service provider/IT dept. about this. They need to start the service again.
A yellow ball indicates that the service is running with errors. You will need to inspect the service log for more details on the error in question. You can find the service log under System -> Settings -> Replication -> Service log in TM. If you want, just send the entire log to email@example.com, or create a new conversation in here and send it to us. We will inspect the log file and inform you of the problem and what to do to fix the issue.
